Return Policy

Socks, Eye Masks, Boxer Shorts, Gift Boxes & Handkerchiefs are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns. However, if a defective or wrong item is delivered to you, we will provide a full refund/ free replacement as applicable. For Tote Bags we accept return within 7 days of date of delivery and will provide refund in terms of discounts coupon / store credits for the user which can be used for any future purchases.

For all Prepaid orders, if customer refuses to accept or returned (in specific case) amount of Rs.149 or 10% of invoice value (whatever is more) will be deducted at the time of refund.

Any product purchased in a sale will not be eligible for return or a replacement.
