The delivery guy just dropped the package with the guard and didn’t even call.

It was a gift for my friend so I was not happy to know that the size of shorts couldn’t be exchanged.

Also the Tom & Kerry (only socks) was not available in the design paired with shorts. I had to choose the one with shorts unnecessarily because of non-availability of design. That further led to size issues and ultimately me spending more.

Product pricing appears to be on the higher side.

I need exchange and the helpdesk number should be available to contact the team.
