If you would like to change your order, please contact us over email@example.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we will most likely be able to help you. However, there isn’t a lot we can do if it has been dispatched, but we will try our best.
You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped by sending us a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy as mentioned is applicable.
